Ward Ling
As a program specialist for Texas Water Resources Institute, Ward Ling assists stakeholders with development and implementation of watershed-based plans. Before joining TWRI, Ward served for as the watershed coordinator for the Geronimo and Alligator Creeks Watershed and the Mill Creek Watershed for over a decade as well as being a member of the Total Maximum Daily Load Team at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality where he managed projects focused on restoring water quality across the state.
Allen Berthold
Dr. Allen Berthold is an assistant director at TWRI, where he has served in leadership roles for water-related projects in both agricultural and urban settings across Texas.
Ed Rhodes
As a research associate for TWRI, Ed Rhodes provides leadership for the various water quality monitoring projects and assists with quality assurance activities.
